You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in Canada using the shipping method of your choice.
All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that orders for pickup will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide that the shipping cost is too high. All shipping rates are without applicable taxes.
If an item goes on back order, our regular policy is that we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. In all events of back orders, you will be contacted by telephone or email to discuss your choice of delivery.
Due to FDA restrictions, we currently do not directly ship to the USA. Our products cannot be shipped to most international destinations at this time, but please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international shipments.
Returns and Refunds Policy
How to Return an Item?
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking ID.
2. Mail your returned item in a prepaid, traceable method to the following address:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include Hoof Sol Bath, Hoof Sol Liquid, and Hoof Sol Gel. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return.
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Please email email@example.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking ID.Diamond Hoof Care Ltd. reserves the right to ask for ‘usage’ pictures of the hoof to confirm the proper use of the product, before the refund is issued. This offer is only valid for a limited time and Diamond Hoof Care Ltd. has the right to refuse any request. Limit is one request per shipping address. No cash value.
